Through growing up on a farm in Alabama, playing the banjo in his family’s Gospel band, and spending time in the Himalayan Mountains, Wiley Bailey has learned valuable lessons that have been an inspiration to hundreds of thousands on stage. Wiley personally knows how a "3rd man" can help someone make it through the toughest times of their life.
His goal is to show his audiences that they are able to change the lives around them by simply seeing the need to help those around them. As one client put it, “Wiley’s stories made me want to help people around me that are in need, rather than just seeing their problem and doing nothing about it.” Through playing his banjo and telling “down home” stories, Wiley delivers an impactful message that will have you laughing one minute and wiping away a tear the next.
Wiley has delivered inspirational messages to teenagers in 36 states, Nepal and Japan. He received his Bachelors Degree from Auburn University and served as a 2012-2013 National FFA Officer. He is married and lives on a farm in Sand Rock, Alabama.
Wiley married Sara Garrison on December 19th, 2014. They are happily married and live on a farm near Sand Rock, AL. Sara is from Hiawassee, Ga.
Wiley is a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Communication. While at Auburn he was honored to serve as an Auburn University Plainsman.
In 2012 Wiley was elected to serve as the National FFA Southern Region Vice President. He traveled over 120,000 during his year of service and went to 35 states and Japan. Speaking was a huge part of his duty as an officer. This is where he fell in love with the impact someone can have on stage.
